John Clark – CFO
Mr. Clark retired from a Fortune 100 company after 33 years of service holding the position of Vice President of Global Financial Operations. In this position he was responsible for the evolution of the systems, procedures and policies of financial operations globally.
In addition to the various financial positions he held over the years, he also spent time managing a variety of business functions including sales, purchasing, warehousing and assembly operations.
Due to the breadth of his experience in the business, Mr. Clark was selected to be involved in numerous cross functional activities during his tenure. He headed up the company’s Total Quality Management program development efforts and in 1995 the company was one of the finalists in the competition to win the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. He served as the Chairman of the company’s Information Services User Committee for two years. This committee was responsible for allocating IT resources among the various divisions and functional operations within the company. Over the years he was involved in over 40 acquisition, divestiture and integration activities around the globe.
